In Pursuit of Curb Appeal

Most people spend their time dreaming up ways to improve the insides of their home. They renovate their kitchens, install new flooring, and paint the walls in vibrant colors. As far as I am concerned, however, the outside of the home is just as vital. After working for years as a landscape architect, I'm passionate about the form and function of yards, porches, decks, gardens, and other outdoor spaces. An inviting exterior welcomes guests to my home and encourages them to enjoy themselves. I decided to create a blog that would extol the virtues of curb appeal—and maybe inspire you to take your homemaking efforts outside.

My Experience With Commercial HVAC In Richmond, VA

My experience with commercial HVAC in Richmond, VA was a good one. I had recently purchased an older condo complex and found that several of the air conditioners were not working efficiently. I called a company like Armstrong Mechanical Services Inc. that specializes in commercial HVAC in Richmond, VA to come out and look at each units' air conditioner as well as each heater. I wanted to make sure that every condo was in perfect order for the tenants that would be renting them from me. I met the HVAC company the following day at the condos and let them into each unit. They methodically went through each one, checking the cooling and heating systems. They did safety inspections on each system in each unit. When all was said and done with their inspection, it was determined that 3 condos needed brand new air conditioners. Two of them needed repairs done on the air systems. Two condos needed repairs on their water heaters, and one condo needed a new water heater in their professional opinion. The company I had working on my units also sold brand new air conditioners and water heaters. I authorized them to make the purchases and do the installations and the repairs in each unit.
